Three Chocolate Covered Strawberries
- 6 ounces milk chocolate or chocolate chips
- 6 ounces dark chocolate or chocolate chips
- 6 ounces white chocolate or chocolate chips
- 1.7 pounds strawberries washed and well dry
- Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
- Break milk chocolate into even pieces if using big chunks.
- Place into a heat-proof bowl.
- Fill a small saucepan with about 1-inch water.
- Bring to the boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Put the chocolate bowl over saucepan and do not let bowl touch water.
- Stir with a metal spoon until smooth.
- Dip one-third of the strawberries into the chocolate.
- Put onto waxed paper.
- Repeat with dark and white chocolate.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set, at least 1 hour.
