Three Chocolate Covered Strawberries

  1. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
  2. Break milk chocolate into even pieces if using big chunks.
  3. Place into a heat-proof bowl.
  4. Fill a small saucepan with about 1-inch water.
  5. Bring to the boil over high heat.
  6. Reduce heat to low.
  7. Put the chocolate bowl over saucepan and do not let bowl touch water.
  8. Stir with a metal spoon until smooth.
  9. Dip one-third of the strawberries into the chocolate.
  10. Put onto waxed paper.
  11. Repeat with dark and white chocolate.
  12. Chill in the refrigerator until set, at least 1 hour.
