Sour Cream Banana Bread (no eggs)

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Mash the bananas together with all the wet ingredients.
  3. Add the wet to the dry and mix until incorporated.
  4. Place in a lightly greased loaf pan
  5. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes to an hour.
  6. For the glaze~ put the confectioners sugar and sour cream in a small sauce pan on law heat.
  7. Stir until smooth.
  8. It doesn't need to be very warm.
  9. Add vanilla when removed from heat.
  10. Pour over cooled bread.
