Chinese Chicken

  1. Sprinkle 6 fryer halves with salt,and garlic powder.
  2. In a saucepan combine tomato sauce,juice bitters,onion and butter.
  3. Simmer until mixture boils.
  4. Brush on chicken.
  5. Bake at 350* 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Brushing with sauce several times during baking time.
