Spicy garlic rice with peas and carrots
- cup Cooked Rice
- 1 Frozen Peas and Carrots
- 1 Seasoning, ( I used Simply Asia spicy szechwan five spice) but you can use any spice of your choice.
- 1 Pepper flakes
- 1 butter
- 1 Chopped Garlic
- Put butter and garlic in a non stick saucepan and bring to simmer.
- Stir at all times because the garlic will cook fast and will burn if not paid attention to.
- When Garlic browns , add the pepper flakes and seasonings of your choice and stir.
- Let it cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
- Your end result should look like this.
