Bourbon Raisin Ice Milk Recipe
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk chocolate-covered raisins, minced
- 1/2 c. Egg substitute
- 1/4 c. Bourbon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 can Evaporated skimmed lowfat milk, (12-oz)
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and stir well.
- Pour mix into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Spoon the ice lowfat milk into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze 2 hrs or possibly till hard.
- S: 8 c. (serving size: 1/2 c.).
