Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce

• 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
• 1/4 cup Sour Cream
• 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
• 1/2 tsp Tabacco Sauce
• 1/2 tsp White Pepper
• 1 tsp Granulated or Minched Garlic

1. Consider using less Tabacco sauce and White pepper (sometimes a little warm/hot otherwise).
