Burger Relleno
- Sauce
- 1 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 4 tsp. chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 4 tsp. ground cumin
- 4 tsp. ground coriander
- Burger Patties
- ground beef chuck
- Mexican chorizo
- 16 each jalapeno peppers, roasted, cleaned, small diced
- Pepper Topping
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
- 4 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3 cups tomatoes, julienned
- 2 cups red bell peppers, julienned
- 4 each jalapeno peppers, roasted, cleaned, julienned
- 2 each avocados, sliced
- Burger Assembly
- 48 slices pepper Jack cheese slices (0.5 oz)
- 24 each hamburger buns
- 24 each Boston lettuce leaves
- Sauce: Combine ingredients.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Burger Patties: Combine ingredients.
- Shape into 5.3 oz.

- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Pepper Topping: Mix first 6 ingredients in bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; lightly toss.
- For each serving: Grill 1 Burger Patty to desired doneness; top with 2 cheese slices.
- Fill 1 bun with prepared burger, 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- Sauce, 1 lettuce leaf and 1/4 cup Pepper Topping.
