Cheryl's Peppy Potatoes

• 1 packages Seasoned chicken coating mix
• 1/4 tsp Seasoning salt
• 4 each Russet potatoes
• 1/2 stick Melted butter

1. Wash potatoes and cut into 1/2" slices.
2. Do not pare.
3. Dip slices into melted butter and then coat well into coating mix with seasoning salt.
4. Place on well greased baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes at 350F.
