Meatloaf

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Chop onion and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, crack and pour both eggs; whisk until smooth.
  4. Add ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, half of the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onions, garlic salt, pepper, and mustard.
  5. Mix all ingredients with your hands until well blended.
  6. Break up any clumps of bread crumbs that may have formed.
  7. On a broiler pan, form the meat mixture into a loaf shape (if you dont want to scrape the pan later, butter it ahead of time).
  8. Drizzle the remaining ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
  9. Place in the oven and bake for 45-60 minutes until the middle is no longer red.
  10. Yields about 10 servings.
