Applejack Rabbit

• Cracked ice
• 2 ounces apple brandy
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup

1. Half fill a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and pour over it the apple brandy, the lemon juice, and maple syrup.
2. Shake the mixture vigorously and strain it into a chilled cocktail glass.
