Cheesy corn casserole

  1. Heat oven 375.
  2. Cook bacon in a 6qt saucepan over medium heat, and cook, stirring until brown about 8 min.
  3. Add butter and garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 1 min.
  4. Add flour, and cook, stirring for 1min.
  5. Whisk in milk and bring to a boil cook stirring constantly until thickened about 2 min.
  6. Add cream cheese, velvetta, chedder and paprika and cook until smooth.
  7. Remove from heat and add in the corn and salt and pepper.
  8. Transfer to a 9x13 pan.
  9. Cook until bubbily and brown about 40min.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.
