Buckeye Bars

  1. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  2. Beat margarine and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Add wafer crumbs; mix well.
  4. Gradually beat in sugar; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  5. Microwave Cool Whip and chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
  6. ; stir.
  7. Microwave 15 to 30 sec.
  8. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended; stir.
  9. Spread over peanut butter layer.
  10. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  11. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
