Spaghetti Bake
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 lb. box spaghetti
- 1 small onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Cook hamburger, onion and green pepper.
- Drain well, then add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese.
- Cook for 2 hours on simmer.
- Cook spaghetti.
- In a 9 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch pan, layer sauce, spaghetti and cheese.
- Make 2 layers.
- Make sure cheese is on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350u0b0, then let sit for 10 to 15 minutes to set up.
- Cut into squares.
