  1. On a casserole on high heat heat up all ingredients, pour rice last, then add 2 cups of water and let it sit until water is absorbed.
  2. Lower the heat and move the rice with a big spoon, let it cook thoroughly for about 15 more minutes.
  3. Add the cheese
