Fluffy No-Bake Lemon Cheese Pie
- 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups 1% low-fat milk, divided use
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
- 12 teaspoon lemon peel, grated (optional)
- 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add 1/2 cup milk.
- Add pudding mix and lemon peel.
- Gradually add remaining milk, beating until thickened.
- Pour into crust.
- Chill at least 4 hours.
