Holy Cannoli Dip
- 7- 1/2 ounces, weight Part Skim Milk Ricotta
- 1/4 cups Plain Greek Yogurt (I Used Fat Free)
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (I Used Reduced Fat)
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Frozen Whipped Topping (I Used Light)
- 1/2 cups Mini Chocolate Chips (plus More For Garnish, If Desired)
- In the bowl of a food processor, combine ricotta, yogurt, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping and then mini chocolate chips (reserve a few to sprinkle on top).
- Serve completely chilled.
