Stack Cake

  1. Beat eggs and sugar together.
  2. Add milk and margarine. Continue to mix batter together.
  3. Stir in flour, adding a little at a time and continue to beat batter.
  4. Add cinnamon to batter and keep adding flour until dough is stiff in the bowl.
  5. On a floured surface, divide the dough into small balls.
  6. I generally have enough dough to make 2 cakes, a 9-inch and an 8-inch one. Grease and flour pans generously.
  7. Shake out any remaining flour.
  8. Place one small ball in the pan and pat out gently to the edge of the pan.
  9. Layer should be very thin or you will have a very thick layer when it bakes.
