Mint Tea

  1. In a container, steep tea, mint and lemon zest in boiling water for 12 minutes.
  2. Remove mint leaves and tea bag with a slotted spoon.
  3. Add lemon juice and sugar to hot liquid.
  4. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  5. Add 8 cups of cold water.
