Healthier Pumpkin Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Put oatmeal in blender/food processor and grind until fine powder.
  3. Combine all ingredients.
  4. Drop by rounded teaspoons on baking sheets.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes on slightly greased sheet pan.
  6. Remove from tray immediatly.
