Lasagna Supreme
- 12 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cans Paul Newman's socarooni sauce
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley or 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese, divided
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
- Drain; set aside.
- Cook ground beef, garlic and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring until meat crumbles.
- Drain well.
- Wipe pan drippings from skillet with paper towel.
- Combine Paul Newman's socarooni sauce with meat.
- Let simmer 20 minutes.
- Combine eggs and next 4 ingredients; set aside.
