Sesame-BBQ Chicken Wings
- 2 cups sesame oil
- 2/3 cup gingerroot, peeled, minced
- 1/2 cup minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chili-garlic sauce
- 2 qt. BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce

- 1-1/4 cups green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1-1/2 gals. BBQ Macaroni Salad
- Mix oil, ginger, garlic and garlic sauce.
- Mix 2/3 cup (or 1 Tbsp.
- for trial recipe) of the oil mixture with barbecue sauce; set aside.
- Add wing pieces to remaining oil mixture; toss to coat.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Remove wings from marinade; discard marinade.
- Place wings in single layer in parchment-lined sheet pan (or in lined half-sheet pan for trial recipe).
- Bake in 325 degrees F-convection oven 15 min.
- Brush both sides of wings with barbecue sauce mixture.
- Bake an additional 5 min.
- or until chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle with onions and seeds.
- Serve 3 wings with 1/2 cup BBQ Macaroni Salad.
