Quick Chicken Jambalaya

  1. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp.
  2. Add vegetables; cook 3 to 5 min or until crisp-tender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; stir.
  4. Bring to boil; cover.
  5. Simmer on low heat 12 to 14 min.
  6. or until rice is cooked, stirring occasionally.
