Quick Chicken Jambalaya
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Angus Beef Franks, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp.
- Add vegetables; cook 3 to 5 min or until crisp-tender.
- Add remaining ingredients; stir.
- Bring to boil; cover.
- Simmer on low heat 12 to 14 min.
- or until rice is cooked, stirring occasionally.
