BBQ Brisket
- 1/2 tsp Celery Salt
- 1/2 tsp Onion Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 5 lb Beef Brisket
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 tbsp Liquid Smoke
- 18 oz BBQ Sauce
- Combine first 4 ingredients on bracket.
- Place brisket in a shallow dish.
- Combine Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke, pour over brisket.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerate 12 hours, turning occasionally.
- Cover and bake at 300 for 4 1/2 hours then drain
- Reserve 1 cup drippings.
- Combine barbecue sauce with drippings; pour over brisket.
- Bake uncovered for 30 min.Slice very thin and serve.
