BBQ Brisket

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients on bracket.
  2. Place brisket in a shallow dish.
  3. Combine Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke, pour over brisket.
  4. Cover and marinate in refrigerate 12 hours, turning occasionally.
  5. Cover and bake at 300 for 4 1/2 hours then drain
  6. Reserve 1 cup drippings.
  7. Combine barbecue sauce with drippings; pour over brisket.
  8. Bake uncovered for 30 min.Slice very thin and serve.
