Italian Zucchini Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine vegetables in medium bowl.
  3. Whisk egg, dressing and basil until blended.
  4. Add to vegetable mixture along with the cheese; mix lightly.
  5. Spoon into 2-qt.
  6. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with cracker crumbs.
  7. Bake 30 min.
  8. or until heated through.
