The Aviator

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except the ice and creme de cassis.
  2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ice, then shake again.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Pour the creme de cassis on top of the drink.
