Chocolate-Cherry Bombs

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Microwave evaporated milk and chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  4. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.
  5. Add to gelatin; whisk until blended.
  6. Pour into 14 (3-oz.)
  7. paper cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Refrigerate 15 min.
  9. Top with cherries; press gently into gelatin mixture to secure.
  10. Refrigerate 20 min.
  11. or until gelatin is firm.
  12. Unmold just before serving.
