  1. Combine 1 cup cereal and 3/4 cup milk into each of 4 bowls.
  2. Enjoy 1/2 English muffin spread with 1 tsp.
  3. margarine with each serving.
  4. Complement each breakfast meal with an 8 fl oz glass of water.
