Christmas Mince Pie

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Now, cover the dish and keep aside for a few hours, preferably, refrigerate for 1 week.
  3. Fill into the sugar dough.
  4. Place in a mould.
  5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve warm or chilled.
