Mike's Mexican Chicken (tomato-free)
- 1 packages Doritos or Nacho Tortilla Chips
- 1 packages Tostitos Fajita Scoops
- 23 oz Tostitos salsa con queso
- 1 can 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can 10 oz cream of chicken soup
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 packages shredded mild cheddar
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Boil chicken.
- Tear into small chunks.
- Mix
- Crumble
- Layer chips, chicken, mixture, and salsa con queso.
- Bake in oven at 350 for 30 to 45 min.
- Check occasionally.
