Mexican Salsa Chicken Recipe

  1. Place chicken breast between 2 pcs of waxed paper and gently lb.
  2. chicken with rolling pin or possibly meat mallet till 1/4" thick.
  3. In shallow dish combine flour, garlic pwdr, paprika and chili pwdr.
  4. Coat chicken with mix.
  5. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook chicken in oil 3 to 4 min on each side till lightly browned.
  7. Reduce heat, spoon 1 Tbsp.
  8. salsa onto chicken.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Cover, cook till cheese melts.
  11. 4 servings.
