Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

  1. Mix all ingredients (I mix with my hands to make sure everything is all mixed together).
  2. Form into 5-6 patties.
  3. Place patties in hot greased skillet
  4. As the burgers cook, the juices from the cheese, mushrooms and meat will start to coat the pan.
  5. I took a large spoon and continued to coat the burgers as they cooked.
  6. With all the cheese and mushrooms, its impossible for them to dry out, so I dont think you have to watch your cooking time.
  7. I serve these on a bed of fresh spinach leaves rather than on a bun.

ground turkey, portabellas, cheese, worcestershire sauce, salt
