Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers
- 1- 1/4 pound Ground Turkey
- 8 ounces, weight Baby Portabellas, Diced
- 4 ounces, weight Blue Cheese Or Gorgonzola
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- Mix all ingredients (I mix with my hands to make sure everything is all mixed together).
- Form into 5-6 patties.
- Place patties in hot greased skillet
- As the burgers cook, the juices from the cheese, mushrooms and meat will start to coat the pan.
- I took a large spoon and continued to coat the burgers as they cooked.
- With all the cheese and mushrooms, its impossible for them to dry out, so I dont think you have to watch your cooking time.
- I serve these on a bed of fresh spinach leaves rather than on a bun.
