tuna balls
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 cup corn flour
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 tbsp Hungarian paprika
- 1 black pepper powder to taste
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 can tuna fish packed in water dont drain 5 1/2 ounce cans 22 ozs. total
- 2/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs planko
- beat eggs mix everything but planko breadcrumbs together well I add the spices last I take the bowl I mix in spread the mixture out on the bottom and sides add the spices then then mix again roll mixture into golf balls sizes then roll into seasoned breadcrumbs set onto dish put into refrigerator to chill to stay together when you fry
- when you mix it all dont drain the tuna pour all into the flours it will be just the right amount
