Fire Roasted Salsa
- 8 roma tomatoes
- 3 poblano peppers
- 3 green chilies
- 3 jalapenos
- 1 12 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 12 bunch fresh cilantro
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt
- roast all ingredients except garlic and cilantro on the grill till cooked through and slightly blackened.
- chop onions and cilantro in food processor; set aside.
- when all the ingredients on the grill are thoroughly cooked, chop in food processor.
- combine all ingredients together.
- serve hot or cold.
