Chicken Thang
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 12 cup of chopped onion
- 4 cups of chopped broccoli
- 12 cup Bisquick
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Cook chicken and chop into cubes.
- Sprinkle chicken, onion, broccoli and cheese in to a greased pie pan.
- Mix Bisquick, salt, pepper, eggs in a bowl ensuring all lumps are out.
- Pour mixture into pie pan on top of ingredients.
- Bake at 400F for 30-35 minutes, top with more cheese if you wish.
