Delicious Beef & Gravy Stew Recipe

• 1 1/2 pound stew meat
• Flour
• 4 tbsp. oil
• 3 carrots, minced
• 1 lg. onion
• 2 c. beef bouillon
• 1/2 jar Heinz beef gravy
• 2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 1/2 c. dry noodles

1. Salt and pepper meat then roll in flour.
2. Brown meat in Dutch oven in oil.
3. Add in all ingredients but noodles.
4. Stir to get up brown bits from bottom.
5. Cover tightly and simmer 1 1/2 hrs.
6. Add in noodles.
7. Cook 30 min more.
8. Taste for seasoning and serve warm with cornbread.
