Glistening Cranberry Mold

  1. Stir 1 cup of the boiling water into dry lemon gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Cool.
  4. Add lemon gelatin gradually to dressing in medium bowl, stirring with wire whisk until well blended.
  5. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  6. Pour into 2-qt.
  7. mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Refrigerate 25 min.
  9. or until thickened but not set.
  10. Stir remaining 1 cup boiling water into dry cranberry gelatin in separate medium bowl at least 2 min.
  11. until completely dissolved.
  12. Gradually add cranberry sauce, stirring until well blended.
  13. Gently stir in oranges.
  14. Pour over molded layer.
  15. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  16. Unmold onto serving plate.
  17. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
