Fluffy White Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk in large bowl with whisk until blended.
  2. Add remaining milk and dry pudding mix; beat with whisk 2 min.
  3. Stir in COOL WHIP.
  4. Spoon into crust.
  5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Meanwhile, make chocolate curls from white chocolate.
  7. (See tip.)
  8. Garnish pie with chocolate curls before serving.
