Saucy Parmesan Chicken

  1. PLACE chicken, dressing, and cheese in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag.
  2. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with dressing and cheese.
  3. REFRIGERATE 30 min.
  4. to marinate, laying bag flat so chicken pieces do not overlap in bag.
  5. PREHEAT oven to 425F.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade; discard bag and marinade.
  7. Arrange chicken on foil-covered baking sheet.
  8. Bake 20 min.
  9. or until cooked through (165F).
  10. COOK pasta according to package instructions.
  11. Toss drained hot pasta with margarine and your favorite herbs.
  12. Divide into 4 equal servings and serve with chicken.
  13. HEAT peas and carrots per package instructions.
  14. Serve each person 3/4 cup vegetables.
  15. COMPLEMENT each meal with 1 cup of grapes for dessert.
  16. SERVE each person 8 fl oz (1 cup) CRYSTAL LIGHT with meal.
