Saucy Parmesan Chicken
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Reduced Fat dressing
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 10 oz. egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 3 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 4 cup red or green grapes Target 1 lb For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) 16 fl oz bottle , favorite flavor
- PLACE chicken, dressing, and cheese in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag.
- Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with dressing and cheese.
- REFRIGERATE 30 min.
- to marinate, laying bag flat so chicken pieces do not overlap in bag.
- PREHEAT oven to 425F.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard bag and marinade.
- Arrange chicken on foil-covered baking sheet.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until cooked through (165F).
- COOK pasta according to package instructions.
- Toss drained hot pasta with margarine and your favorite herbs.
- Divide into 4 equal servings and serve with chicken.
- HEAT peas and carrots per package instructions.
- Serve each person 3/4 cup vegetables.
- COMPLEMENT each meal with 1 cup of grapes for dessert.
- SERVE each person 8 fl oz (1 cup) CRYSTAL LIGHT with meal.
