Soft and Chewy Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Beat ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Shape into 42 (1-inch) balls; place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets.
  4. Flatten in crisscross pattern with tines of fork dipped in sugar.
  5. Bake 7 to 8 min.
