Coleslaw

  1. Generously salt the cabbage and drain in colander for 3 hours.
  2. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the cabbage and carrot.
  4. Whisk to combine evenly.
  5. Toss the cabbage and carrot with the dressing.
