Bbq Beef Fajita Wraps
- beef strips
- red peppers, cut into strips
- onions, sliced
- 2 1/2 cups Kraft BarBQ Sauce
- 24 flour tortillas
- 2 1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 2 1/2 cups diced green pepper
- Stir-fry beef strips with onions and peppers.
- Stir in barbecue sauce.
- Spoon beef mixture along centre of tortillas, dividing equally.
- Fold in sides of tortilla and roll up.
- Place wraps seam side down in a baking pan.
- Top each wrap with 2 Tbsp.
- each cheese and green pepper.
- Broil until cheese melts.
