Hoisin-Glazed Baked Chicken

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix ketchup and hoisin sauce until blended.
  3. Place chicken and vegetables in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Brush chicken with ketchup mixture.
  5. Drizzle dressing over chicken and vegetables.
  6. Bake 18 to 20 min.
  7. or until chicken is done (165F) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning chicken after 10 min.
