Hoisin-Glazed Baked Chicken
- 1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup King Sooper's $2.49 thru 02/09
- 3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 pkg. (1 lb.) baby carrots, cut in half Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus spears, cut into 2-inch lengths
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Mix ketchup and hoisin sauce until blended.
- Place chicken and vegetables in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Brush chicken with ketchup mixture.
- Drizzle dressing over chicken and vegetables.
- Bake 18 to 20 min.
- or until chicken is done (165F) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning chicken after 10 min.
