Chicken Chile Verde
- 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained
- 1 lb boneless chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 18 teaspoon ground cloves
- 18-12 teaspoon cayenne powder (to taste)
- 3 cups beef stock or 3 cups bouillon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup onion, finely chopped
- combine all ingredients in a large pot.
- simmer about 30 minutes.
- It freezes well but remember that the longer you cook it the hotter it will be!
