Sidecar

• 1 ounce brandy
• 23 ounce Cointreau liqueur
• 23 ounce fresh lemon juice

1. Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker.
2. Cover and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into an ice-cold cocktail glass (martini).
4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
