Crockpot Barbecue Brisket
- 1 packages Pork Roast
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 cup beef broth (more or less)
- 1 applewood rub
- 1 season salt and pepper
- 1 cayenne pepper
- 1 clove mince garlic
- 1 large onion
- 1 sweet baby rays bbq sauce
- season the pork roast with listed seasonings/ rub and then let set aside
- Cut onion into slices and place at the bottom of the crock pot alone with minced garlic
- Place the seasoned pork roast on top of the onions and garlic.
- add the beef broth and vinegar until fully covers the roast
- set crockpot on low for 6-8 hours
- once fully cooked drain juice then add BBQ sauce and cook for another 10-20min
