Crockpot Barbecue Brisket

  1. season the pork roast with listed seasonings/ rub and then let set aside
  2. Cut onion into slices and place at the bottom of the crock pot alone with minced garlic
  3. Place the seasoned pork roast on top of the onions and garlic.
  4. add the beef broth and vinegar until fully covers the roast
  5. set crockpot on low for 6-8 hours
  6. once fully cooked drain juice then add BBQ sauce and cook for another 10-20min
