Shrimp Salad In Avocado Halves Recipe
- 1 1/8 lbs. cooked shrimp (1 1/2 c.), cut in pcs
- 1 c. celery
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped onion
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. French dressing
- 2 avocados, cut in half, rubbed with lemon juice and salt
- Combine all ingredients and fill prepared avocados; garnish as desired (thin twist of lemon, parsley, whole shrimp).
- Serves 4.
