Cheesy ham and potato casserole
- 1 packages county style shredded hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cup chedder cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup green onions sliced
- 2 cup diced ham
- 2 cup corn flakes crushed
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- pre heat oven to 350F.
- Coat a 13*9 inch baking dish with non stick cooking spray
- In a large bowl mix soup, sour cream, salt and pepper
- stir in cheese, onion, ham, and hash browns and mix well
- Spoon into baking dish
- In a medium bowl mix ceral, cayenne pepper and butter toghether and sprinkle on top of hash brown mixture
- Bake uncovered for 50 minutes
- Let rest for 5 minutes then enjoy
