Pineapple Chile Margarita

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the mezcal, lime juice and simple syrup.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  3. Dip the pineapple wedges in chile powder and garnish the glass.
