Slow-Cooker Sausage Stew

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add sausage; cook 5 min.
  3. or until evenly browned, turning occasionally.
  4. Transfer sausage to slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray, reserving drippings in skillet.
  5. Add onions to reserved drippings; cook and stir on medium heat 5 min.
  6. or until softened, adding garlic for the last minute.
  7. Stir in tomatoes, dressing and seasoning; bring to boil.
  8. Pour into slow cooker; cover with lid.
  9. Cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours (or on HIGH 3-1/2 to 4 hours), adding peppers and zucchini for the last hour.
  10. Remove sausage from slow cooker; cut into slices.
  11. Return to slow cooker; mix well.
