Ranch Mashed Potatoes

• 4 medium potatoes
• 1 envelope ranch dip mix
• 12 cup sour cream
• 12 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 slices bacon, diced or 2 tablespoons bacon bits (optional)

1. boil and mash potatoes.
2. add milk, sour cream, butter, and dip mix.
